By accessing or using Vaudr (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Prahlad Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vaudr is a transaction reconciliation tool that helps finance teams match bank transactions with payment system records. The Service allows you to upload financial data, map columns, and generate reconciliation reports.
You must sign in using a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Organisation administrators may invite other users and manage access within their organisation.

You retain ownership of all data and files you upload to Vaudr. CSV and XLSX files are processed entirely in your browser and are never stored on our servers. PDF files are sent to our server for text extraction but are not stored after processing.

Vaudr is provided as a tool to assist with transaction reconciliation. While we strive for accuracy, reconciliation results are provided on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for verifying all results before relying on them for financial reporting, auditing, or any other purpose. We do not guarantee that reconciliation results are complete, accurate, or error-free.
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prahlad Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from incorrect reconciliation results.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or AUD $100 if no payments were made).
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Prahlad Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Organisation administrators may delete accounts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
